L <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously voted to grant the request of <br />Frank Zorc that the drainage easement in Suncrest Terrace Subdivision <br />be changed from 12 feet on either side of the centerline of the <br />street between Lots A and 13 and the street between Lots F and 12 <br />as shown on the plat of Suncrest Terrace Subdivision, Unit 1; to, <br />a new easement for public utilities and drainage purposes to be <br />24 feet wide and lying parallel to and 7feet south of and parallel <br />to -and 17 feet north of the north boundary line of Lot 13, also <br />parrallel to and 7 feet south of and parallel to and 17 feet north of <br />the north boundary line of Lot 12, as shown on the Plat of Suncroot <br />Terrace Subdivision, Unit #1 as recorded in Plat Book 8, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Having received a letter from Fred Gallagher regarding the <br />abandonment of 21st Street in E1 Vero Subdivision, and the possibility <br />of a drainage easement to the County by Mr. Pellerin; the Administrator <br />was requested to make inquiries as to securing drainage easements <br />for the entire subdivision. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:05 o'clock P. M. and reconvened <br />at 1:30 o'clock P. M. the same members and Vice°Chairman Bogosian being <br />present. <br />German D. Suarez, President of the Motel and Hotel Association,- <br />Elmer <br />ssociation;Elmer Olexo, and other members of the Motel and Hotel Association; <br />J. B.
