Vero Beach , FL 32960 Wabasso , FL 32967 Old Dixie Highway, 691h Street to CR 510 Topographic Survey Pursuant to our Annual Land Surveying and Mapping/GIS Services Contract 1032 , MMRT , Inc . is pleased to provide Indian River County with this proposal for performance of a Topographic Survey for property located in Indian River County and lying in Section 03 , Township 032 South , Range 039 East and Section 33 , Township 031 South , Range 039 East described as and to include the following : Project Outline and Limits : The Topographic survey limits are generally described as the Old Dixie Highway Right of Way from 691h Street to 1 00 ' feet north of County Road 510 and 25 feet outside of the limits on each side and 100 feet each way along all side streets . The survey limits shall also include County Road 510 , 200 feet each way of Old Dixie Highway, extending 25 feet outside of County Road 510 right of way. The approximate length of the right of way limits is 11 , 500 linear feet ( 2 . 17 miles ) . Scope of Services : Task 1 : Topographic Survey 1 ) Project initiation , including review of existing deeds and surveys , files and field notes , preparation of work orders and field crew folders . 2 ) Find , recover and tie into existing survey control based upon existing Right of Way map as prepared by Carter & Associates to be provided by the County . Horizontal Control shall be based upon the coordinate system on said existing Right of Way map . 3 ) Find and recover existing vertical control . Elevations hall be based upon the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 ( NGVD 29 ) with a conversion to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 ( NAVD 88 ) provided . Perform bench run and establish benchmarks along the survey corridor at maximum 1000 foot intervals . 4 ) Field locate and record vertical ground elevation cross sections within and 25 ' outside of right of way at even 100 ' baseline stations and all distinct locations ( inverts , retention areas , swales , ditches etc . ) and changes in contour along the right of way corridor . 5 ) Field locate and record vertical ground elevation cross sections 100 ' each way along side streets , 25 ' outside the existing rights of way at 50 ' intervals and all distinct locations ( inverts , retention areas , swales , ditches etc . ) and changes in contour along the side street right of way . 6 ) Field locate and record vertical ground elevation cross sections 200 ' each way along County Road 510 , 25 ' outside the existing rights of way at 50 ' intervals and all distinct locations ( inverts , retention areas , swales , ditches etc . ) and changes in contour along the side street right of way . 7 ) Field locate and record existing improvements and man made features within and 25 ' outside the existing Right of Way and 100 ' in each direction along side streets .
