This report will document the permitted plant capacity, along with our analysis and . <br /> evaluation of the WWTF flows and current plant capacity. <br /> Task 6 _ Preparation of FDEP Required Operation - and Maintenance Performance Report <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare an Operation, Maintenance and Performance Report, in accordance - <br /> with Rule 17-600.735, F.A.C . This report will document the capability of wastewater treatment, <br /> reuse, and disposal. facilities to function as intended during the period for which the permit is _ . <br /> requested. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare the permit renewal application in it timely manner. The renewal <br /> application for the Indian River County Central WWTF and. all supporting documentations <br /> specified above will be submitted to FDEP on or before September 29, 2013 . The renewal <br /> application for the Indian River County Blue Cypress WWTF and all supporting documentations <br /> specified above will be submitted to FDEP on or before October 19, 2013 . <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> Compensation for IRCU Work Order No . 7 services described herein are detailed below for each <br /> facility and will be based on the Lurap Sum Method in accordance with Section 5 of the <br /> Agreement. The total estimated fee shall not exceed $24,250 without mutual agreement by the <br /> County and CONSULTANT. The compensation for each facility shall be as follows: <br /> Task 1 Blue Cypress WWTF FDEP Permit` Renewal $3 ,500 <br /> Task , 2 — Central. WWTF FDEP Permit Renewal $209750 <br /> The cost of permit fees has not been included in this proposal.
