The Board decided to invite W. A. Eldridge of the Farmers` <br />Rome•Administration to the Board of County Commissioners meeting <br />on January 20 to discuss an; engineering study of a County <br />sewerage system at no cost to the County. <br />Henry J. Shea of Idlewild Subdivision, appearing on a drainage <br />problem was referred to the Administrator, <br />The Administrator reported on the landscaping of State Road 60, <br />in which the State Department of Transportation has allocated upward <br />of $50,000.00 from Primary Road Funds, <br />E Commissioner Loy was appointed to work on a.committee.with <br />the Clerk, the Attorney and the Supervisor of Elections to establish - <br />Commissioners' Districts in accordance with the .law. <br />. The Attorney reported that a suit has been filed against the { <br />Board of County Commissioners by Temple Beth El, a non-profit <br />1 organization through a Trustee, B. N. Shotkin, and that the <br />Chairman of the Board was served with a subpoena at 9:00 o'clock A.
