Young appeared before the Board and presented resolutions passed by the <br />Woman's Club of Vero Beach, and the Business and Professional Viomen's Club of the County <br />endorsing the County burse. acs. M. Mattmueller appeared before the Board representing <br />the American Legion Auxiliary and endorsed the County Furse. It was ordered that the <br />resolutions be accepted. <br />Paul lather and Bert Kersey appeared before the Board regarding the F°l.uther Road* <br />at Winter Beach. It was ordered that Commissioner Hamilton and the County Engineer place <br />the road in condition. <br />Vt . E. Evans, County Agent, appeared before the Board and filed his monthly report of <br />activities of his office. <br />It was moved , seconded and carried that all bills of the h.e ri.f f , County Judge , and <br />Clerk be referred to the Board's attorney and the attorney prepare forms for each offer <br />to submit such bills in accordance with the Statutes. <br />Letter was received and read from T. F. Falmer objecting to certain drainage on Road <br />G-7. The same was referred to Commissioner IeBruce and the County -Engineer for attention, <br />It mas moved, seconded and carried that as soon as the Board's Attorney submits form <br />for the County Judge, sheriff and Clerk to prepare and present criminal cost bills on tha• <br />a special meeting will be called end held f or the purpose of passing on and paying such <br />bills as are proper and made in compliance with law. <br />It was ordered on motion of Commissioner Druce that R.I,.:Sutherland, deceased, and; <br />Mrs. Gordon Miller, whose husband has been released from jail be stricken from the pauper <br />lust. <br />It was ordered on motion of Commissioner Yongue that Mrs. F. 3.
