No work shall commence before 7 a . m . or continue after 5 p . m . except in case of emergency upon specific permission of the ENGINEER . SC -6 . 06 Concerning Subcontractors , Suppliers , and Others SC-6 . 06 . C . Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph GC- 6. 06. C: OWNER or ENGINEER may furnish to any such Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity , to the extent practicable , information about amounts paid to CONTRACTOR on account of Work performed for CONTRACTOR by a particular Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity . SC -6 . 08 Permits SC-6 . 08 Add the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC- 6. 08. A : 1 . The OWNER has obtained the following permits ( copies of these permits are contained in Appendix "A" ) , NONE 2 , The CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all other required permits and licenses . The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of the permits to the OWNER and ENGINEER and shall comply with all conditions contained in the permits at no extra cost to the OWNER . 3 . The CONTRACTOR shall be familiar with all permit requirements during construction and shall be responsible for complying with these requirements . The cost of this effort shall be included in the pay item in which the work is most closely associated with . SC -11 . 01 Cost of the Work SCA 1 . 01 . A . 1 . Delete paragraph GG11 . 01 . A . 1 in its entirety, and insert the following sentences in its place: I . CONTRACTOR will receive payment for actual costs of direct labor and burden (see SC-2 . 06 . 6) for the additional or unforeseen work . Labor includes foremen actually engaged in the work ; and will not include project supervisory personnel nor necessary on -site clerical staff, except when the additional or unforeseen work is a controlling work item and the performance of such controlling work item actually extends completion of the project due to no fault of the Contractor. Compensation for project supervisory personnel , but in no case higher than a Project Manager's position , shall only be for the pro- rata time such supervisory personnel spent on the contract . In no case shall an officer or director of the Company , nor those persons who own more than 1 % of the Company , be considered as project supervisory personnel , direct labor or foremen hereunder.
