( NOTE : Some <br /> rooms do not have wallpaper. ) <br /> e ) Remove any drywall due to moisture damage . <br /> f) Remove carpet, save to be re- used ( new pad , nail strips, and <br /> transition strips . ) <br /> PLUMBING <br /> a ) Demo shower unit ( anti -scald shower valve to be re - used , it was <br /> installed in 2009 ) . Relocate as required . <br /> b ) Demo toilet and vanity faucet . <br /> c ) Supply and install Aquatic 60" x 34" x 72" shower unit Model <br /> # 16033P, with Moen Brantford brushed nickel shower trim Model <br /> # T21526N . ( Re- use existing shower valve ) . <br /> d ) Supply and install Kohler pedestal sink with 8- inch spread . Model <br /> # 1< 2359-& 0 (white ) . <br /> e ) Supply and install Moen Brantford brushed nickel 8- inch spread <br /> faucet Model # T6620BN with new Moen 69000 widespread <br /> valve . <br /> f) Supply and install new American Standard Champion 4 toilets <br /> Model # 110945 .
