The Planners shall name all rural communities with five or <br />more, <br />users and delineate every area needing central domestic water <br />,systems and waste collection and treatment systems. The plan - <br />:Shall show all facilities needed for each community. The plau­­:. <br />shall identify each such area whether or net the area has a <br />P. <br />4ame. Housing: Tenure, vacancy status, condition, facilities and <br />structural characteriatics,.urban and r4fal, 1960.1 <br />C- Housing: Financial characteristics and selected equipment, <br />urban and rural, 1960. <br />D.. The number of families without a safe water supply. <br />E. The'number of families using septic tanks for waste disposal. <br />F.
