The <br />report will include an evaluation of existing methods and <br />will recommend a course of action to the Planning Agency <br />s' with respect -to the solid waste dispodal problem. It is <br />not intended that this report include a comprehensive, in- <br />depth solid waste -disposal plan. <br />It is not intended that the Planner will make physical surveys of <br />each dwelling to obtain such information, but the Planner shall utilize <br />existing records_ available from Federal, State and Local agencies in <br />r , <br />developing the comprehensive plans. i <br />j, <br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Planners will commence the Planning <br />Services only after the Planning Agency obtains a commitment for grant <br />funds for Planner's fee and only after receiving written authorization <br />from the Planning Agency to proceed with such services. i <br />
