of the regular meeting of April 21, 1971 were unanimously approved <br />as corrected. Commissioner McCullers, being absent did not vote. <br />The Chairman reported that the copies of the New Zoning <br />Ordinance were available in the office of the Planning Director <br />at a cost of $1.00 per copy. <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, reported on <br />zoning violations. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously approved advertisement for public hearing <br />for Margaret Beneditto for a zoning change. Commissioner McCullers, <br />being absent did not vote. <br />No action was taken by the Board upon a request by Mrs. <br />Donald Weaver for permit to place a trailer in A. A. Berry <br />Subdivision. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously approved the request of A. D. Yanda <br />and the replat of Sawyer Gardens Subdivision to a moble home <br />subdivision. Commissioner McCullers, being absent did not vote. <br />Harry Hebert requesting permission to put oil on County <br />roads was told that the Board would not deviate from the policy of <br />not allowing private persons to 'tamper with public roads. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, the following.Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />Commissioner McCullers, being absent, did not vote. <br />MAY 5 1971 <br />2 <br />
