<br /> § 8.1 . 1 Unless otherwise provided, Contract Time is the period of time, including authorized adjustments, allotted in
<br /> the Contract Documents for Substantial Completion of the Work.

<br /> furnished by the Contractor and Owner. The date of commencement of the Work shall not be changed by the

<br /> § 8.2.3 The Contractor shall proceed expeditiously with adequate forces and shall achieve Substantial Completion

<br /> § ,1.3 DELAYS AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME
<br /> § 8.3.11f the Contractor is delayed at any time in the commencement or progress of the Work by an act or neglect of

<br /> the Owner to the Contractor for: performance of the Work under the Contract Documents.
