• The irrigation is to serve the buffers only . 4 <br /> • The lots are to be graded as shown on the plans . <br /> • Schulke , Bittle and Stoddard plans are to be used for reference only when <br /> dealing with survey dimensions on property lines . All repair items are on <br /> the MBV plans . <br /> • The outfall basin box was set too low at the pond . The orifice needs to be <br /> adjusted and the weir raised up a couple of tenths or so of an inch . <br /> • The lake may need to be extended to get the 4 : 1 slope . The control <br /> elevation is to be at 17 . 0 . <br /> • MBV asbuilts will be done at the final inspection . <br /> Bond <br /> • The owner of the project and the bank are in litigation within the last 3 <br /> days . There is a possibility to be awarded a contract and the contract <br /> may start and there could be an injunction to stop the work . <br /> The County is moving forward with the process until told differently . Most <br /> likely if a Contractor begins work they will be allowed to finish out the <br /> contract . <br /> Liquidated Damages <br /> • The County Engineer asked to remind everybody that completion time is <br /> important on this project and liquidated damages will be enforced . <br /> Permitting <br /> • No St . Johns permit is necessary unless the Contractor dewaters .
