The proposed work includes demolition and removal of <br />equipment and materials no longer in use at the plant and construction of new truck filling <br />facilities and a new sludge recirculation system. Sullivan Corp. <br />ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: <br />The engineer's estimate for the work, initially developed several years ago, was $400,000.
