The Chairman asked for receipt of bids in accordance with the <br />Notice and the following sealed bids were received, opened and <br />read: <br />William Hensick and Sons ........ $24,414.00 <br />Fred E. Baker ................... 25,000.00 <br />Netto Construction Company...... 21,729.00 <br />Parent and Sons.... o ........... o 24,977.00 <br />Each bid was submitted on a standard form of proposal and <br />contained a bond. Parent and Sons submitted a cash bond of <br />$1,248.85. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, the Board unanimously voted that the bids <br />be retained for further evaluation by the Building Committee. <br />The Chairman advised the contractors that after evaluation <br />by the Building Committee, the Board would either accept one of - <br />the bids -or reject all of them on their regular Board Meeting on <br />June 9. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 2:20 o'clock P.
