This approval is needed so that subject <br />plat can be recorded into the public records of Indian River County. <br />Please note that the preliminary plat was approved by the County <br />Commission.at their regular meeting of June 25, 1970. <br />By copy of this letter we are handing you the following material <br />on the plat in question: <br />1.
