WEDNESDAY, JULY 21, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida <br />on Wednesday, July 21, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were <br />Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice Chairman; D. B. <br />McCullers, Jr. Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. Massey. Also present <br />were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, Attorney <br />to the Board of County Commissioners; and L. S. Thomas, Jr. and <br />Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the meeting <br />of July 7, 1971. There were none, and upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey, the minutes of the meeting of <br />July 7 were unanimously approved as written. <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, appeared and reported <br />on zoning violations. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Massey, the Board unanimously approved the moving of utility building <br />from David Langfit's property to the property of Dr. L. M. Polan in <br />Summer Place Subdivision. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Massey, the Board.unanimously approved advertisement for public <br />hearing for a zoning change before the Zoning Board, as requested by <br />Lloyd and Associates. in behalf of Mr. Goodwin'. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously approved advertisement for public <br />hearing for a zoning change before the Zoning Board, as requested by <br />Ervin Cartwright of Hillside Subdivision. <br />a�rr 14 <br />JUL P 1 1971 <br />
