On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously approved advertisement for public <br />hearing before the Board of County Commissioners for a zoning <br />change as requested by Fred Oetzel, Floravon Shores Subdivision. <br />A question on zoning permits for fourteen unit apartments <br />by Lloe Roschach was referred to the Zoning Board. <br />Robert Grice, Chairman of Park Development, Vero Beach <br />Jaycees, appeared and requested that the Board consent to Jaycee <br />development of the Tracking Station Park. The Bbird-reacted,favorably <br />to the request.. <br />Tennie Lee Bradley, who owns two business buildings on <br />U. S. #1 appeared and requested that the Board act in the behalf <br />of the business people on U. S. #1 by requesting that parking be <br />allowed on the street. It was the Board's decision that a meeting <br />be set up with the State'Department of Transportation; and that the <br />Board request that parking be allowed on U.
