ow - <br />M. <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero <br />Beach, Florida on Wednesday, October 6, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock <br />A. M. Present were Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, <br />Vice Chairman; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. Massey. Absent <br />was D. B. McCullers, Jr. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, <br />County Administrator; Paul. D. Burch, Attorney to the Board; and <br />L. S. Thomas, Jr, and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the <br />regular meeting- of September 22, 1971. Commissioner Loy requested <br />that in Paragraph 1, Page 4 correction be made of the spelling of <br />the word compensated; she requested that on page 14, first paragraph, <br />the name of the organization be changed to "Florida Department of <br />Natural Resources"; and that on Page 17, 3rd Paragraph the last <br />three words be stricken. These corrections, having been made-, Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Loy, second by Commissioner Massey, and <br />the minutes of the regular meeting of September 22 were unanimously <br />approved as corrected. <br />Dewey Walker, County zoning Inspector reported on zoning <br />violations. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, approval was unanimously given for the site plan <br />to.construct a gasoline service station -west of I 95 and south of <br />State Road 60 as requested by B and M Construction Companyl subject <br />to a 75 foot set back as recommended by the Planning Director. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey and the requept.of Dave Robison, Architect for <br />Agricultural Center Complex for advertisement for public hearing <br />before the Zoning Board for a zoning change was unanimously approved. <br />Boo,�.4 <br />OCT 6 1977 <br />C� <br />
