Nor <br />Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />commissioner Loy, the Board unanimously authorized advertisement <br />for public hearing before the Zoning Board for a zoning change <br />as requested by Charles A. Sullivan, Attorney, on behalf of Frank <br />Bihari. a <br />The Zoning Inspector reported the cost ofproduction of <br />the new zoning. ordinance. Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, <br />seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that <br />the price of $1.50 per copy be established for the new Zoning Oxd'inance. <br />_Mayor Zimmer of Sebastian appeared and requested that <br />the County purchase two small fire trucks rather than one large <br />one. A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />-Massey and unanimously carried that the Administrator be authorized <br />to advertise for bids on two new four wheel drive fire trucks for <br />the Sebastian Volunteer Fire Department. <br />A letter was received from Mr. Blume of the General <br />Development Corporation advising the'Board that they would proceed <br />with the work in Vero Beach Highlands, and record the plat later, <br />without posting performance bond. ` <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded•by <br />Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that $37,598.77 deposited <br />with the Cbunty for performance bond on Moorings Subdivision, Unit <br />#2, be returned to the Moorings Development Corporation as <br />• recommended by the Administrator. <br />The Administrator reported that he has been advised by:- <br />the Department of Transportation that a traffic study will be taken <br />at the intersection of SR 5 and SR 510 to determine the need of a <br />flashing beacon, He also advised the Board that directional signs <br />will be placed at the intersection of AlA and SR 510 as soon as <br />installation can be made. <br />4�(.0 <br />OCT :e 1971 J <br />
