Eli <br />77 <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, and the Board unanimously approved out of <br />County Travel by L. S_ Thomas, Deputy Clerk, to Cocoa on October 19 <br />and 20 to attend the Administrative Management Seminar. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the State Witness Payroll, County Court, August <br />1971 Term, in the amount of $142.64 was unanimously approved. <br />A proposed Ordinance in regard to the ban of the use of <br />firearms on County Roads was referred to the Attorney. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, and unanimously carried that the Application for <br />Library Grant be signed and submitted. <br />A letter was received from William McClure, Superintendent <br />of Schools,that the work- to be done on 20th Avenue adjoining <br />Elementary School A be given highest priority. The Administrator <br />was authorized to proceed with plans for designing the project, <br />and revision of the drainage ditches. <br />The several, bills and accounts against the County, having <br />been audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved <br />and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos. 3135 to 3200 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 1646 to 1671 <br />inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 500 to 507 inclusive; <br />Capital Outlay Fund, No. 101. Such bills and accounts being on <br />file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants <br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental <br />Minute Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 12:10 o'clock P.
