The Attorney to the Board recommended that in the future <br />the applicants for Agricultural Zoning, who may be denied agricultural <br />zoning, should be notified of the time of the Agricultural Zoning <br />Meeting. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, she Board unanimously accepted the bid of Arnold Ford <br />in the bid opening of 9:30 in the amount of $1,893.69 as being the <br />lowest and best bid. <br />Chairman Bogosian returned to the meeting and again took <br />the chair. <br />On Motion of -Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />• Dritenbas, the Board unanimously and retroactively approved the <br />out of County travel of Valentyne Brennan, Planning Director, to <br />Jacksonville on September 26,27 and 28 to attend a'.Conference of , <br />the Florida Association of housing and Redevelopment Officials; <br />and the out of County travel of Thomas J. Leonard, pla:niing:Aide, <br />to Melbourne for State Road #60 Study; to Gainesville on July 27 <br />to attend a State Soil Conservation Service Meeting; and to Orlando <br />on August 4 to attend a Meeting with the Environmental Protection <br />Agency. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, second by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, and the Board unanimously approved out of County travel <br />to Tallahassee on October 15, 1971,by Rosemary Richey, Supervisor <br />• of Elections, to attend a Meeting called by the Division Director <br />of Elections. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey, and the Board unanimously approved out of <br />County travel of George Stokes, County Service Officer to St. <br />Petersburg on October 13, 14, and 15 to attend the County Service <br />Officers Midwinter Conference. <br />A:a• �L� t�Rc,L��� <br />1 <br />OWT 6 1971 <br />
