Bidder must provide the County with sufficient information to demonstrate that the Bidder <br /> has the means to complete this work on schedule , and within the budget provided to the <br /> County by the Bidder. The names of all sub -contractors the Bidder intends to use as part of <br /> this work must be provided to the County at the time the bid is submitted to the County . <br /> G . Bidder must provide the County with proof that the Bidder has the financial ability to <br /> implement project . Bidder must provide the County with evidence that Bidder has completed three similar <br /> coastal projects within the past three years . This evidence must include projects that <br /> involved floating plant mats in a marine environment . Bidder will provide the County with the <br /> project name , a brief description of the project , the project location , the cost of the work <br /> performed , and the phone number of owner of the project at the time the bid is submitted to <br /> the County . <br /> I . Bidder must provide the County with evidence that the Bidder has successfully maintained <br /> three floating plant mats in a marine environment within the past three years . Bidder will <br /> provide the County with the project name , a brief description of the project , the project <br /> location , the cost of the work performed , and the phone number of owner of the project at <br /> the time the bid is submitted to the County . <br /> 1 . 04 EXAMINATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SITE <br /> A . It is the responsibility of each Bidder , before submitting a bid , to ( a ) examine the Contract <br /> Documents thoroughly , ( b ) visit the site to become familiar with local conditions that may <br /> affect cost , progress , performance , or furnishing of the work , ( c ) consider federal , state , and <br /> local laws and regulations that may affect costs , progress , performance , or furnishing of the <br /> work , ( d ) study and carefully correlate Bidder' s observations with the Contract Documents , <br /> and ( e ) notify Engineer of all conflicts , errors , or discrepancies in the Contract Documents . <br /> To obtain access to the site , the following shall be contacted : Art Pfeffer, Project <br /> Specialist, Indian River County Department of Utility Services .
