WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1971 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida on Wednesday, November 10, 1971 at 5:30 o'clock A. M. Present were Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; James Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and L. S. Thomas and Janet N. Turpan,, Deputy Clerks. The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were any corrections or additions to the minutes of the regular meeting of October 20, 1971. Commissioner Loy requested that on Page 1, Paragraph 3, the words "on the Fellsmere Road" be changed to read "on the northwest corner of the intersection of I95 and SR512." Commissioner Loy also requested that on Page 2, Paragraph 3, the word "Commissioner" be changed to read "Commission". Commissioner Loy also requested that on the second page, in Paragraph 4, the word "receipted" should be changed to read "received". Commissioner Loy also requested that on Page 20, in Paragraph 5, the word "Association" should be changed to read "Authority". The above corrections, having been made, a Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy, and unanimously carried that the minutes of the regular meeting of October 20, be approved as corrected. Roy Jones, of the County Jail appeared in regard to a hospital bill incurred by one of the inmates. Commissioners McCullers and Massey were appointed to act on a committee to work with hospital officials and the County Welfare Director to work out some method of handling such bills. also inviting a Member of the Doctors' Association. Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, appeared and reported on zoning problems. A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner BQOk 14 PAA02 1371
