F_, <br />Massey and unanimously carried that authorization for advertisement <br />for public hearing before the Hoard of County Commissioners be given <br />for a zoning change of a property in Section 6-33-39 facing Route 60 <br />on behalf of the Agricultural Center of Indian River County, Inc. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that authorization <br />for advertisement for public hearing hearing be given for a zoning <br />change for a property in Section 13-33-39 as requested by Attorney <br />William Cobb on behalf of Roy E. Hilliard. <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, the Board unanimously authorized advertisement for public <br />hearing before the Zoning Board for zoning changes as requested by <br />Rivers Anderson and Edward T. Karr, Raymond R. Sawyer and William A. , <br />Taylor. <br />t <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that authorization <br />be given for advertisement for public hearing before the Zoning Board <br />for a zoning change in Section 25-33-38 as requested by Springboard, <br />Inc. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Massey, the Board unanimously deferred Site Plan Approval of a metal <br />building to be constructed on Lots 1, 2 and 3 Casa Rio Subdivision <br />as requested by Ziebart Rustproofing, until an on site inspection <br />could be made by the Board. <br />The hour of 9:30 o'clock A.
