A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that authorization <br />be given for advertisement for a public hearing before the Board of <br />County Commissioners for a zoning change from M-1 Industrial District <br />to R-1 Single Family District as requested by the Church of the <br />Deliverance. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that authorization be <br />given for advertisement for a public hearing before the Zoning Board <br />for a zoning change from Agricultural and M-1 Industrial to R-lMP <br />Mobile Home Park District as requested by J. Vincent Sparks. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried for site plan approval <br />for a citrus fruit packing house by Gulf Western Food Products Company - <br />at the site of the old.sugar plant in Fellsmere. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried for site plan approval <br />to place a service station on SR 60 at 195 as requested by Texaco, Inc. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the request by Hugh <br />Smith for site plan approval to use an undersize mobile home be <br />denied as presented. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that site plan approval be <br />given to Ervin Cartwright to place a triplex .n Hillside Subdivision <br />on King's Highway. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that special exception be <br />made to grant the request of Eugene and Mildred Griffith to place <br />a mobile home on agriculturally zoned property. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that authorization be <br />given for public hearing before the Zoning Board for a zoning change <br />from C -7A Restricted Commercial to M-1 Restricted Industrial District <br />as requested by Indian River Exchange Packers, Inc. <br />l._'"/ <br />NOV 24 1971 <br />
