i M� Ow <br />WEDNESDAY,_ DECEMBER 22, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida <br />on Wednesday, December 22, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock. Present were <br />Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice Chairman; D. B. <br />McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. Massey. Also <br />present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, <br />Attorney to the Board James Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and L. S. <br />Thomas, Jr. and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the <br />the regular meeting of December 8, 1971. Commissioner Loy requested <br />that on Page 5, second paragraph the words "for the engineering <br />design" replace the words "on it." •The Attorney to the Board <br />requested that the Perpetual Easement by Phyl-Co Homes, Inc. to <br />Indian River County be included in the minutes. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that authorization <br />be given for advertisement for public hearing for zoning changes <br />for Indian River Exchange Packers, Inc.; J. Vincent Sparks; <br />Elizabeth J..Clarkson; Maguire KOA Campground; Roy E. Hilliard; <br />Edward T. Karr; Rivers McNeill Anderson; Raymond R. Sawyer; William <br />A. Taylor at Roseland; Roseland Gardens Subdivision; Ralph W. Jones <br />and Anthony Elso. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, Site Plan Approval for Truth and Life, Inc. <br />.was unanimously postponed until the meeting of January 5, 1972. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the Board unanimously approved site plan for <br />B. J. Wadsworth; Lyle A. Snyder; Stephen L. Vickers; Maguire Kok <br />Campground; Hugh Smith; and Kids Krusade, Inc. <br />14 _ 0 <br />DEC 2 2 1971 <br />
