SECTION 01050 <br /> FIELD ENGINEERING <br /> PART ] GENERAL <br /> 1 . 01 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A . Provide and pay for field engineering services required for project. <br /> 1 . Survey work required in execution of project. <br /> 2 . Civil , structural or other professional Engineering services specified, or required <br /> to execute Contractor ' s construction methods . <br /> Be The Contractor shall retain the services of a registered land surveyor licensed in the State <br /> of Florida : <br /> 1 . Identify existing control points and property line corner stakes indicated on the <br /> Drawings, as required . <br /> 2 . Verify all existing structure locations and all proposed building and structure <br /> corner locations , tank locations and equipment locations . <br /> 3 . Maintain an accurate location of all buried piping 4-inch in diameter and larger. <br /> 1 . 02 RELATED WORK <br /> A . Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract , <br /> Be Summary of Work is included in Section 01010 . <br /> C . Applications for Payment are included in Section 01052 . <br /> D . Contract Closeout is included in Section 01700 . <br /> 1 . 03 SUBMITTALS <br /> A . Submit, in accordance with Section 01340 , name and address of registered land surveyor <br /> or professional Engineer. <br /> Be On request of the Engineer, submit documentation to verify accuracy of field engineering <br /> work . <br /> C . Submit certificate signed by registered Engineer or land surveyor certifying that <br /> elevations and locations of improvements are in conformance, or non - conformance , with <br /> Contract Documents . <br /> D . At the end of the project, and prior to final payment, submit certified drawings with the <br /> Surveyor ' s title block ( signed and sealed by the registered land surveyor) of the items <br /> listed below .
