Certified site survey at I - inch = 404eet scale or larger but not greater than I -inch <br /> = 20- feet scale, on reproducible Mylar(s) 24 - inch by 36 - inch, indicating the <br /> building corners , sidewalks, paved areas and location of all above ground <br /> structures within the plant or project site . <br /> 2 . Certified drawing showing the location , lines and grades of all lines 4 -inch in <br /> diameter and larger buried and exterior to buildings and other buried facilities <br /> ( e . g . valves , tanks , vaults , etc) installed as a result of the work. This shall be at <br /> the same scale as the Engineer's yard piping drawing and submitted on <br /> reproducible Mylar . <br /> 3 . Certified survey at the same scale as the Engineer' s line drawings ( e . g . process <br /> piping, force main , duct banks etc ) indicating lines , grades , elevations and <br /> coordinates at each change of direction . Provide elevations of structure bottom , <br /> pipe invert( s ) and rim elevations on all manholes . <br /> E . Topographical surveys shall meet the following criteria : <br /> 1 . 1 - inch = 100-feet scale reproducible plot, 2 foot contours . <br /> 2 . Produced on national map accuracy standards for 1 - inch = 100- feet scale maps <br /> with 2 foot contour intervals <br /> 3 . Contractor shall submit computer generated drawing files in AutoCAD 2005 <br /> format on CD- R/RW disks . All entries shall be place on layers named to describe <br /> the entity being mapped . All elevation information in the AutoCAD file shall be <br /> in an appropriate three dimensional format . A digital terrain model (DTM ) <br /> AutoCAD file containing adequate three dimensional points and break lines to <br /> accurately model the surface shall be submitted . The DTM file shall be <br /> compatible for use with SoftDesk S . 7 software . <br /> F . Survey shall include all the requirements as outlined in Paragraph 1 . 06 below . <br /> 1 . 04 QUALIFICATIONS OF SURVEYOR OR ENGINEER <br /> A . Registered professional Engineer or land surveyor of the discipline required for the <br /> specific service on the project, currently licensed in the State of Florida . <br /> 1905 SURVEY REFERENCE POINTS <br /> A . Existing basic horizontal and vertical control points for the project are those designated <br /> on Drawings . <br /> B . Locate and protect control points prior to starting site work and preserve all permanent <br /> reference points during construction . <br /> 1 . Make no changes or relocations without prior written notice to the Engineer. <br /> 2 . Report to the Engineer when any reference point is lost or destroyed , or requires <br /> relocation because of necessary changes in grades or locations . <br /> 3 .
