This procedure shall be <br /> repeated as often as necessary until the facility has operated continuously to the <br /> satisfaction of the Owner and Engineer, for the specified duration . <br /> 4 . The Owner will furnish all operating personnel (other than vendor' s or <br /> subcontractor' s service personnel ) needed to operate equipment during the final <br /> test period; however, said personnel will perform their duties under Contractor' s <br /> direct supervision . Until performance tests are completed and units and systems <br /> are accepted by the Owner as substantially complete, the Contractor shall be fully <br /> responsible for the operation and maintenance of all new facilities . <br /> 5 . The Owner will provide all necessary chemicals and electricity . However, the <br /> Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel of the various construction <br /> trades , i . e . , electricians, plumbers , etc , and field service personnel of the major <br /> system suppliers on an 8 hour per day basis at the facilities . <br /> 6 .
