Edgar Schlitt informed the Board that there is a <br />possibility that Indian River County may be put into another <br />Planning area and that he felt that it would be to the advantage of <br />the County to remain in the East Central Florida Regional Planning <br />Council. It was suggested that a resolution might be sent to the <br />State Department of Administration requesting that Indian River County <br />remain in the East Central Regional Planning Council. The Administrator <br />was requested to write to the State Department of Transportation in <br />order to ascertain whether changing our planning district from the <br />Jurisdiction of the East Central Regional Planning Council would <br />necessitate a change in the district of Indian <br />River County with <br />the State Department of Transportation. <br />Rudolph Hercun appeared requesting a transcript of <br />the Tax Adjustment meeting from the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The Board, not"having the transcript available, denied the request. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:25 o'clock P. M. and <br />reconvened at 1:40 o'clock P.M.- <br />Richard Brock, Program Agent for the State Department <br />of Commerce appeared and explained the Emergency Employment ALt,-�-,;;'c <br />and the necessary steps to participate. <br />The 1972 Jury List, having been prepared by the <br />Supervisor of Elections, was presented to the Board, a Motion was <br />made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas <br />and unanimously carried that the following persons be selected, in <br />compliance with the Laws of Florida to be placed on the Indian River <br />County Jury List for the year 1972% <br />Rook WGE 05 <br />'JAN 5 1972 <br />is <br />
