<br /> 40 . Site--Lands or areas indicated in the bydthe Contract Documentsment onstruction , all as required
<br /> Contract Documents as being furnished by OWNER
<br /> upon which the Work is to be performed , including 49 . Work Change Directive--A written
<br /> rights-of-way and easements for access thereto , and statement to CONTRACTOR issued on or after the
<br /> such other lands furnished by OWNER which are Effective Date of the Agreement and signed by
<br /> designated for the use of CONTRACTOR . OWNER and recommended by ENGINEER ordering
<br /> an addition , deletion , or revision in the Work , or
