<br /> payment; agents , officers , directors , partners , or employees by

<br /> stantial Completion by ENGINEER or any any Subcontractor, any Supplier, or any individual or
<br /> payment related thereto by OWNER ; entity directly or indirectly employed by any of them to
<br /> perform any of the Work , or anyone for whose acts
<br /> 4 , use or occupancy of the Work or any any of them may be liable , the indemnification
<br /> part thereof by OWNER ; obligation under paragraph 6 . 20 . A shall not be limited
<br /> in any way by any limitation on the amount or type of
<br /> 5 , any acceptance by OWNER or any damages , compensation , or benefits payable by or for
<br /> failure to do so , CONTRACTOR or any such Subcontractor, Supplier,
<br /> or other individual or entity under workers ' compen -
<br /> 6 , any review and approval of a Shop sation acts , disability benefit acts , or other employee
<br /> Drawing or Sample submittal or the issuance benefit acts ,
<br /> of a notice of acceptability by ENGINEER ;
<br /> C . The indemnification obligations of CON -
<br /> 7 . any inspection , test, or approval by TRACTOR under paragraph 6 . 20 . A shall not extend
<br /> others ; or to the liability of ENGINEER and ENGINEER ' s
<br /> Consultants or to the officers , directors , partners ,
<br /> 8 , any correction of defective Work by employees , agents , and other consultants and
<br /> OWNER , subcontractors of each and any of them arising out of:
<br /> 6 . 20 Indemnification 1 , the preparation or approval of, or the
<br /> failure to prepare or approve , maps , Drawings ,
<br /> A. To the fullest extent permitted by Laws and opinions , reports , surveys , Change Orders ,
<br /> Regulations , CONTRACTOR shall indemnify and designs , or Specifications ; or
<br /> hold harmless OWNER , ENGINEER , ENGINEER 's
<br /> Consultants , and the officers , directors , partners , 2 , giving directions or instructions , or
<br /> employees , agents , and other consultants and failing to give them , if that is the primary cause
<br /> subcontractors of each and any of them from and of the injury or damage ,
<br /> against all claims , costs , losses , and damages
<br /> ( including but not limited to all fees and charges of
<br /> engineers , architects , attorneys , and other ARTICLE 7 - OTHER WORK
<br /> professionals and all court or arbitration or other
<br /> dispute resolution costs) arising out of or relating to
<br /> the performance of the Work , provided that any such 7 . 01 Related Work at Site
<br /> claim , cost, loss , or damage :
<br /> A. OWNER may perform other work related to
