F. Lloyd <br />for attending the Governor's Conference -on Water Management held in <br />Miami on September 22, 23 and 24, 1971. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that expenses estimated <br />at between $2,500.00 and $3,000.00 for surveys and right-of-way <br />alignment for,,LTurgle`Trail be approved. <br />Mrs. Mary Lou Hammond appeared in regard to the sale, of <br />her property, Lot 10, Block A, Unit 1, Summerplace Subdivision, to <br />the County. A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the Attorney proceed <br />with the option to buy, draw up a sales contract and authorize. the <br />Chairman to sign them.. <br />Mrs. Margaret Dixon, Indian River Safety Council, appeared <br />and requested that the County make provisions that a law might be <br />enacted to make it mandatory that every bicycle in the County must <br />have a light and reflector.
