r A Motion was made.by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy, tentatively approving a zoning change for F..E. Brockway and R. D. Brockway and authorizing advertisement for public hearing before the Zoning Commission. On a Motion made by.Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas, the Board unanimously gave tentative approval for a zoning change for Thomas R. Cadenhead, and authorized advertisement for public.hearing before the Zoning Commission. Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, reported on zoning violations and problems. V. E. Brennan, Planning Director appeared and informed the Board that.the Planning Commission has requested that the C-1 Zoning on Route 60 be changed to B-1 in order.that a site plan approval must be submitted before any building jos done. A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that the Attorney be instructed to prepare an emergency ordinance that all of the property along Route 60 from the city.limits of the City of Vero Beach to I95 be restricted to a 75 foot set-babk for all buildings. A Motion was made by.Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that the request of Homer C. Fletcher, County Tax Assessor, to advertise for bids for aerial photographs be granted. A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the Tax Assessor be instructed to draw up the appropriate contract for microfilming the County Property Records. On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, the Board unanimously authorized the Administrator to advertise for bids for a small car and a communications radio. -Letters from the fee offices regarding finishing the second .floor of the Annex were referred to Commissioner Dritenbas. - ROOK 15 PAGE119 4.1
