Gentlemen: I am hereby requesting that my name be removed as County Commission delegate to the Economic opportunities Council of Indian River County, Inc. I am employed as security officer on night duty at the Indian River Memorial Hospital. This schedule prevents my attending night meetings. Available daylight hours are spent in repre- senting the general public in matters pertaining to county commission duties. Respectfully submitted, D. B. McCullers, Jr. County Commissioner The foregoing letter, having been received, was accepted by the Board. The Board will meet at 2:00 P. M. on Tuesday, January 25 to study the Housing Study Report. The Clerk stated that the Report of Receipts, Expenses and Net Income for the Year Ending the 31st Day of December, 1971 of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Tax Collector, the Tax Assessor, the Prosecuting Attorney and of the. Judge of the Small Claims Court were received prior to January 15, as required by law, and placed on file in the office of the Clerk. On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, the State Witness Payroll,for the County Court, November Term in the amount of $95.00 and the State Witness Payroll for the County Court, November Term, in the amout of $105.00 were unanimously approved. eou 15 PnE120 Em J
