This shall be accomplished <br />through one on one interviews, focus <br />groups, and undercover interviews <br />(unbiased feedback). At least 70 <br />interviews to include local government <br />officials (including municipal officials), <br />residents, business leaders, company <br />executives, workforce and educational <br />partners, visitors, prospective <br />businesses, and other internal and <br />external stakeholders. <br />Conduct communication and media <br />audits (newspapers, Internet, etc.) <br />Product <br />Report #1: Report <br />summarizing findings, <br />including identification <br />of positive and <br />negative perceptions <br />and ideas from <br />surveyed <br />people/groups for <br />strengthening positives <br />and reversing <br />negatives. <br />Report due: <br />September 12th <br />Due Date <br />September 12, <br />2014* <br />(Approx. 2-3 months <br />after contract <br />execution) <br />This will tentatively be completed on Friday during consultant's 5 -day on-site <br />visit.
