Upon the DEPARTMENT ' s request, the LOCAL SPONSOR shall furnish copies of the respective solicitation documents . Solicitation documents include , but are not limited to , the solicitation and responses thereto, the bid tabulations, and the resulting contract( s), including a detailed scope of work .
