E . <br /> Managing Director <br /> Indian River County — Solid Waste Disposal District <br /> 132574 1h Avenue SW <br /> Vero Beach, Florida 32968 <br /> Subject : Construction Schedule Extension <br /> Class I Vertical Expansion and Partial Closure Project <br /> Dear Mr. Mehta : <br /> Please see the attached file that summarizes the events that contributed to the fifteen-day <br /> extension of the project schedule from October 1 , 2009 to October 16 , 2009 . <br /> It is noted that there are several minor final walk through items that will be addressed this week <br /> as provided by Rick I lastie of Geosyntee Construction Quality Assurance Site Manager. <br /> I per contract terms , the project was complete on October 16 , 2009 and equipment <br /> demobilization was complete . The remaining small items will be addressed by labor or <br /> subcontractor vendor, it' necessary . <br /> The attached summary indicates that eleven work days were added to the contract schedule to <br /> complete the approved change order work .
