s <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87- 54 <br />S.R. 60 AND KINGS HIGHWAY TO 43RD AVENUE <br />A 040 ,(� O O Y one hundred sixty-five (16 5 ) <br />acre commercial node is located at the S.R. 60 and Kings Highway <br />intersection and extends eastward to 43rd Avenue between S.R. 60 <br />and the main relief canal. Residential use may be permitted <br />within this node. <br />The section entitled "U.S. #1 MIXED USE CORRIDOR 11 found on <br />Page 38 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />U.S. #1 MIXED USE CORRIDOR <br />This corridor, located on the west side of U.S. #1 to a <br />point three hundred (300) feet west of the FEC railroad or Old <br />Dixie Highway, whichever is most westerly, extends south from the <br />Sebastian City limits to the northern limits of Vero Beach. <br />There is also a small portion of the MXD on the east side of U.S. <br />#1 and south of 35th Street, consisting of a single tract lying <br />900 feet south of 36th Street and abutting the east line of the <br />city limits of Vero Beach, running south along this line one <br />hundred seventy-five (175) feet and extending east of this line <br />for seven hundred sixty-three (763) feet. X 09510itt X vij6l A small <br />portion of this corridor is located east of U.S. #1 for a depth <br />of three hundred (300) feet between Irby Lane south to the <br />Wabasso commercial/ industrial node.
