HAVING PASSED THE DEPUTY <br />CLERK READ THE ABOVE MOTICE WITH PROOF OF PUBLICATION ATTACHED TO WIT: <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PPESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD, <br />THERE WERE NONE AND ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING <br />PESOLUTION. <br />RESOLUTION NO. -UF <br />WIiEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning flap be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Georgia <br />v Prince, to -wit: <br />Lots 10 and 11, Cannon Subdivision, the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of <br />Section 27, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Plat Book 2,. <br />Page 77, Indian River County. <br />Be changed from 1I-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-1 Single <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />_10_ <br />e�o� �.56 <br />JUL 1.2 <br />
