ORDINANCE NO. 88-44 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SECTION 17.PR0: PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DISTRICT OF APPENDIX A <br />OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />LOCATION OF MEDICAL RELATED OFFICES AND OPTICAL FIRMS IN THE <br />PRO ZONING DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING <br />PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />Section 17. (c) (5) (a) is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 17. PRO: Professional Office District. <br />(c) Permitted Uses. <br />(5) Commercial Use. <br />(a) General office and financial services. <br />Professional offices. <br />Insurance and real estate services. <br />Business services. <br />Medical - related offices (excluding <br />medical offices with 24 - hour treatment <br />facilities). <br />Optical firms. <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict. All Special Acts of the <br />legislature applying only to the unincorporated portion of Indian <br />River County and which conflict with the provisions of this <br />ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be incorporated into <br />the County Code and the word "ordinance" may be changed to <br />"section", "article", or other appropriate word, and the sections <br />of this ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish <br />such intentions. <br />Coding: Words in tjIAOXff4iA type are deletions from existing <br />law.
