CG: <br />GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AND SECTION 25.1. <br />REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC LAND USES, OF APPENDIX A OF <br />THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR CREATING A <br />DEFINITION OF SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITIES, <br />REPEALING THE DEFINITION OF MINI -WAREHOUSES, <br />ESTABLISHING SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITIES AS A <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE IN THE CG DISTRICT, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that: <br />Section 2 (b) of the Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby <br />Sec. 2. Any real property <br />designed and used for the purpose of renting or leasing <br />individual storage spaces to tenants who are to have access <br />to such space for the purpose of storing and removing <br />personal property. <br />Section 20 (d) (7) of the Code of Laws and Ordinances is <br />hereby created as follows. <br />Sec. 20.
