ordinance/STAN4 <br />CD/7/22/87/dc <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87 - 47 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 25(c)(3) <br />OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING <br />CODE; PROVIDING FOR REDUCTION IN AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED <br />BETWEEN PERMIT APPLICATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF USE; <br />PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION OF SPECIAL VEHICLE SALES EVENTS <br />IN TEMPORARY USE PERMIT CATEGORIES; ESTABLISHING <br />STANDARDS FOR SPECIAL VEHICLE SALES EVENTS; AND PRO- <br />VIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE, <br />Section 1 <br />Section 25(c)(3) of Appendix A, Zoning, Indian River County <br />Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby amended as follows: <br />"a. Agricultural districts. <br />(i) Christmas tree sales. <br />(ii) Model homes. <br />(iii) Temporary construction offices. <br />(iv) Temporary meeting, recreation or amusement <br />facilities. <br />(v) Temporary real estate offices. <br />(vi) Temporary sale of fruit and vegetables. <br />(vii) Similar temporary uses. <br />(viii) Transient Merchants <br />b. Residential districts. <br />c. Commercial districts. <br />(i) Christmas tree sales. <br />(ii) Temporary construction offices. <br />(iii) Temporary meeting, recreation or amusement <br />facilities. <br />(iv) Temporary real estate offices. <br />(v) Similar temporary uses. <br />(vi) Transient Merchants. <br />(vii) Special vehicle sales events <br />d. Industrial districts. <br />(i) Temporary construction offices. <br />Temporary meeting, recreation or amusement <br />facilities. <br />(iii) Temporary real estate offices. <br />(iv) Similar temporary uses. <br />(v) Special vehicle sales events." <br />Com* I nn 7 <br />Section 25(c)(5) of Appendix A, Zoning, Indian River County <br />Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby amended as follows: <br />"5. Application for Temporary Permits Fees <br />Any person desiring to establish a temporary use, as author- <br />ized herein, shall submit an application for a temporary <br />permit to the Planning and Development Division, <br />CODING: Words in orrAox/rAro gA type are deletions from existing <br />law, words underlined are additions. <br />(i) <br />Christmas <br />tree sales. <br />(ii) <br />Temporary <br />construction <br />offices. <br />(iii) <br />Temporary <br />real estate <br />offices. <br />(iv) <br />Similar <br />temporary <br />uses. <br />c.
