<br />TO OBTAIN ONE, THE BOARD SUGGESTED MR. ADAMS HANDLE THIS CASE AS HE -- -

<br />MR. ADAMS ALSO INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HIS DEPARTMENTIS
<br />WORK -LOAD HAS INCREASED, SALARIES ARE TOO COW, AND THERE IS A LACK
<br />OF OFFICE .SPACE. HE SUGGESTED THAT THE CITY-COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT
<br />SEPARATE AND BECOME TWO DEPARTMENTS. COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS AGREED WITH {
