MASON EQUIPMENT CORPORATION, HIALEAH, FLORIDA, <br />ROGERS,35 TON DROP DECK LOWBOY TYPE SEMI -TRAILER, AS BEING THE <br />LOWEST AND.BEST BID MEETING SPECIFICATIONS, AS SHOWN IN THE <br />MINUTES OF AUGUST 23, 1972, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,668.60. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO MARL GRADE CITRUS ROAD, EAST OF OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY TO THE <br />RAILROAD -AS REQCTEsT€-D BY COACHLAND COURT MOBILE HOME PARK. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THE BOARD INSTRUCTED THE ATTORNEY TO PREPARE WHATEVER IS <br />NECESSARY FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF LOT 9 AND THE EAST 42 FEET OF LOT 10, <br />BLOCK C, GRANADA_GARDENS, UNIT 1. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A LETTER <br />RECEIVED FROM HOWARD LAMB, 1206 21ST COURT, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, <br />WHICH COMPLAINED ABOUT THE POOR WATER CONDITIONS IN THE ROCKRIDGE <br />SUBDIVISION BEING SERVICED BY MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES INC. THERE. <br />HAVE BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS FROM OTHERFESIDENTS BEING SERVICED BY <br />MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES AND THE ADMINISTRATOR HAS CORRESPONDED WITH <br />MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES AND STATE AND COUNTY HEALTH OFFICIALS <br />BUT AT THIS TIME NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO CORRECT THIS WATER <br />CONDITION. IT WAS THE OPINION OF THE BOARD THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />INVITE MIKE HENRY, ENGINEER FOR MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES ALONG WITH <br />WILLIAM BOSTWICK, REGIONAL SANITATION ENGINEER, DIVISION OF HEALTH <br />WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, TO ATTEND THE NEXT COMMISSION MEETING AND <br />DISCUSS THESE COMPLAINTS AND TO ARRIVE AT A SOLUTION. IT WAS <br />THE OPINION OF THE BOARD THAT THE FRANCHISE BE REVIEWED AND IF <br />NO ACTION IS TAKEN WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME, THAT THE <br />FRANCHISE BE CANCELLED. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE BOARD <br />THE HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC USING 27TH AND 43RD AVENUES BETWEEN <br />OSLO ROAD AND STATE ROAD,60, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY <br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, THE BOARD AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO INSTALL "NO THRU TRUCK TRAFFIC" SIGNS ON 27TH AND 43RD AVENUES, <br />BETWEEN OSLO ROAD AND STATE ROAD 60, THE BOARD ALSO AUTHORIZED <br />_6- <br />201972 <br />SEP <br />e� � 15 ���L 473 <br />
