M <br />WHEREAS, certain exceptions to the general conversions are <br />necessary to assign the appropriate zoning districts to prop- <br />erties which contained lawfully conforming uses when the Compre- <br />hensive Plan was adopted or have been determined by the Board of <br />County Commissioners to be in conformance with the Comprehensive <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, after the conversion table is adopted, eight non- <br />residential zoning districts will no longer appear on the Coun- <br />ty's Zoning Atlas; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners wishes to repeal <br />eight nonresidential zoning districts which will no longer appear <br />on the County's Zoning Atlas; <br />NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida: <br />All properties lying in unincorporated Indian River County <br />which have any of the "old zoning district" classifications <br />listed in the below table are hereby rezoned to the corresponding <br />"new zoning district" classifications listed below, as determined <br />by reference in such table to the existing land use designation <br />for such properties.
