16, Any medical wastes, except as specifically authorized by issuance of a permit by the <br />Utilities Department Director. <br />17. Part 405471. <br />The State of Florida, at this time, does not have pretreatment standards. Any pretreatment <br />standards enacted by the State shall be complied with by all persons. <br />C.
