The County reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or in industrial discharge permits, more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the municipal wastewater system if deemed necessary to comply with the objectives presented in Section I of this ordinance and/or the general and specific prohibitions in Section II of this ordinance. E. County's Rieht to Accept Discharges The County may, at its discretion, accept discharges which contain pollutants in quantities exceeding the limits in paragraphs A, B and C above, providing that flows are less than 10,000 gallons per day. In addition, the County must be satisfied that sufficient dillution will occur to meet the intent of this ordinance.
