Co Reporting Reouirements <br />Industrial users who are required to sample shall submit monitoring reports on report forms <br />provided by the County. The report contents, required attachments, and reporting <br />frequency shall be as follows. <br />1. --Monitoring report contents <br />c. Measurement of Pollutants <br />1. Certified results from the laboratory including QA/QC reporting. <br />2. Summary table listing parameters, results, and detection limits (when <br />applicable). <br />d_ Certifications ow Each report shall be certified by an authorized representative <br />of the industrial user for compliance with the following statements. <br />"I hereby certify that the information contained in this report is true and correct <br />to the best of my knowledge. In addition, I hereby certify that sampling for <br />this report was performed during normal operating conditions and that <br />representative samples of the facility waste stream were taken." <br />"I hereby certify that the industrial pretreatment standards contained in Indian <br />River County Ordinance Number and Industrial Waste Permit Number <br />are being met on a consistent basis.' <br />e. Exceptions - If the industrial user cannot sign the above certifying statements, <br />then, the exceptions which prevent this must be stated in the report. <br />2. Frequency - Industrial users who are required to sample shall submit monitoring <br />reports to the County every 6 months or at the frequency required in the users <br />industrial discharge permit. Reports shall be submitted no later than 60 days after <br />the required sampling dates. <br />D. cess to Site: <br />Ac <br />The County shall have the right to carry out all inspections, surveillance and monitoring <br />o <br />procedures necessary to determine, independent of information supplied by the industrial <br />user, compliance or noncompliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards and permit <br />E 176S374FPORTORDTNANCN <br />b. <br />a.
