RESOLUTION N0. 72=76 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that <br />this Board unanimously adopts and approves the Area - <br />Wide Water and Sewer -Plan for Indian River County, <br />Florida, a joint venture as prepared by Smith -Davis <br />and Associates, Inc., Gainesville and Lakeland, Florida <br />and Beindorf and Associates, Inc., Vero Beach and Fort <br />Pierce, Florida, Engineers, and dated February, 1972. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE BID AS PRESENTED AT <br />THE MEETING OF DECEMBER 6, 1972 OF T.F. SEABRIDGE, WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA <br />FOR CLOSETS AND WASH BOWLS FOR THE COUNTY .JAIL, AS BEING THE LOWEST <br />AND BEST BID MEETING SPECIFICATIONS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,447.00. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />'COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ISSUED TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL OF RIVER RIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WILLIAM SABIS•INFORMED THE BOARDS AGREEMENTS FOR LEGAL <br />SERVICES AND ENGINEERING SERVICES ARE REQUIRED BY FARMERS HOME <br />ADMINISTRATION IN ORDER TO FILE FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR THE COUNTY- <br />WIDE SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ENGINEERS AND THE ATTORNEY <br />TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY CONTRACTS TO BE PRESENTED TO THE BOARD <br />t <br />BEFORE THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING SO THEY CAN HAVE TIME TO <br />REVIEW IT IN ORDER TO MAKE A DECISION AT THE NEXT MEETING. <br />MR.
